Shipping is a flat rate of $5 unless you want an item expedited, in that case, shipping cost may vary. Shipping is free in the US for orders over $150.

Yes, just order online but choose IN STORE pickup. We will notify when your order is ready but generally it is ready to be picked up within 24 hours.
